The Challenge
Upon successful completion of three critical applications development projections, including a JDE 9.1 data warehouse, a Cognos TM1 financial planning application, and a custom point-of-sale application, our global manufacturing client turned to Ollion to create a data governance and documentation project to ensure long-term success.
The Solution
In this support phase, our team completed a data governance and documentation project to promote user adoption. Documentation and training materials allowed users full control of their final deliverables.
During the engagement, Ollion generated a comprehensive data dictionary, created standard operation procedures, and led a variety of training sessions for the support teams.
